Assistant Project Manager
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 gross per annum (DOE)

A well-established construction contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of a data centre fit-out project in the Amsterdam region.
 

This role will support the project management team across technical coordination, documentation, and site administration. It is well suited to someone with construction or fit-out experience who enjoys working with drawings, specifications, and project information, and who is looking to progress their career within a busy project environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team with technical coordination and documentation
• Review drawings, material specifications, and construction schedules
• Assist with technical submittals and project documentation control
• Support Health & Safety compliance on site
• Assist with general site administration to support commercial and project functions
• Coordinate information between site teams, subcontractors, and consultants

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in the construction industry (fit-out experience preferred)
• Experience working for a building contractor is advantageous
• Familiarity with materials used in fit-out or drylining projects
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and programmes
• Fluent English with the ability to understand technical documentation
• Good understanding of the design and construction process
• Must have the right to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available)
